Today is my last day at @DfE_DigitalTech before starting as a Service Owner at DBT. From bringing in 200+ digital specialists, running the DDaT leadership roadmap, DMing in Teachers, GovPaaS migration, to leading our RAAC user centred design delivery - it's been the best journey

A few years ago there were a handful of delivery managers at @DfE_DigitalTech. Today there's a thriving community that supports each other and delivers for our users every day 🙌🏻 DM profession away day @Jill_jillo 🔥

I've spent the past few days interviewing people and it has reminded me of why I loved leading the @DfE_DigitalTech recruitment team. There are so many small things we can do to turn a nerve wracking situation into a kinder, accessible experience for people.
