@Chris_Roberts__ @HM_Passport Absolutely disgusting service isn’t it. Do you ring often? i rang literally 4 times a day and complained and my mp rang a few times. Keep at them. We lost a holiday too, we fly 26th. I had ‘urgent and compassion’ requirements too and they didn’t care!

@KatieVickers31 @HM_Passport I think Bootle is Liverpool office. Honestly it’s such a fuck on isn’t it. We’ve been processing a week now. What do they actually do that takes so long it’s a joke.

@Chris_Roberts__ @HM_Passport No idea. Sent documents to bootle as requested. Chased it after nothing for 4 weeks, they said it was in Durham, I rang 2 weeks ago and was told to complain to Liverpool as that’s where it was 🤷🏼‍♀️

@KatieVickers31 @HM_Passport Yes, after a 70 minute phone call on Monday and being told nothing can be done it was approved about 13.00, dropped through the letterbox yesterday morning! Just seems such a sad state of affairs for everyone!
