The minority of people would be demanding non electric vehicles and will have plenty of supply of vehicles made between 2010-2030. I get your point about the mileage distance, hopefully that will get better when technology progresses.

They're phasing out fossil fuel cars before electric cars are suitable for everyone. It's okay for people living the city life, but that isn't everyone is it?
