A dog owner has decided to euthanize the dog that attacked a 12-year-old boy who was riding his bike.

@FinWaffen @LASHYBILLS Kid was riding his bike. And if dog was playing why was kid bleeding? Why did the dog latch on to kids shoulder? Because it was going for the face. And for you to be ignorant of aggressive vs non aggressive behavior tell me you have no living pets.
