@BandQ So now the new fridge/freezer can’t be fitted as the ones you have supplied to the local company don’t actually fit the doors it seems. Just when we thought this was finally settled. Could not make this up

@KatyReiter22 @BandQ We had exactly the same! You need to in to your local store, thats how we got our replacement, still nothing from customer service though about refund of fitting fee and compensation 🙄

@BandQ I have been without a fridge and freezer for over 3 weeks due to a recall. Your Customer Service has been abysmal- in store, on the “helpline”, on Facebook and by email. I have been told that the issue is being dealt with repeatedly but nothing is being done
