In my travels around Virginia this past month, I have heard again and again - if the illegal redistricting passes, people and businesses are heading south. That Virginia will be a lost cause for businesses. The exodus from this state is going to rival California's... It is now being predicted that Virginia is going from #1 or #2 for being business friendly in the nation to roughly the #12–#18 range rapidly. Florida is currently #3 in the nation in recent (2025) “Top States for Business” rankings. Other friends in the political sphere say that the Republican party has given up on Virginia. This is why the RNC has literally put no money into the fight to stop the redistricting. They view Virginia as a lost cause. This is disheartening, to say the least.

Miami Beach, FL - Ahmed Zeeshan has been arrested after threatening a Jewish father and his two kids. Upon his arrest, he told police officers he did not like Jews because he was Muslim. He has been charged with a hate crime and had a standard bond denied.

Antisemitic attack during Passover: A Jewish father drew his gun after he and his children were attacked in Miami Beach. Thursday afternoon, during the days of Passover, a quiet park in the Stillwater neighborhood of Miami Beach turned into the scene of an antisemitic confrontation that shook the South Florida Jewish community. Ahmed Dishan, 32, was arrested after, according to police, he deliberately approached a Jewish father and his two young children, ages seven and five, shouted racist slurs at them and threatened to harm them physically. The incident took place at Stillwater Park on 8440 Middle Street and ended when the father drew the firearm he legally carried for self defense. According to the Miami Beach Police arrest report, the incident began as the family was preparing to leave the park. Dishan approached them and asked, “Are you Jewish?” After the father answered yes, he began a stream of insults. “Get out of here, you dirty people,” he shouted at them, and then made explicit threats. The father asked him to calm down and step back, but Dishan continued to approach in a threatening manner.

After being arrested by the morality police for not wearing a hijab, Mahsa Amini was killed by the Islamist Regime aged 22. Meanwhile, here is Sarinasadat Hosseiny, 25, the grandniece of the slain Iranian terror mastermind Gen. Qasem Soleimani, and one of her “scant” US outfits.

The CORRECT answer @itsmarkmoran (running for U.S. Senate seat) would have been "your antisemitism is disgusting and not welcome here." Mark’s response isn’t just inappropriate, it actively normalizes antisemitism. First, refusing “Jew money” is not a neutral business decision. It’s a direct invocation of one of the oldest antisemitic tropes: that Jewish people are defined by money and should be excluded economically. That kind of rhetoric has historically been used to justify discrimination, segregation, and violence. Second, as a public-facing individual, Mark has a responsibility to uphold basic anti-discrimination standards. Rejecting people based on religion or ethnicity isn’t a matter of “preference” - it’s bigotry. Third, the “free speech” defense doesn’t apply here. People are free to say offensive things, but others are equally free (and justified) in condemning them. Blue Virginia takes a break from defending @SenLouiseLucas’s vile antisemitism to complain about @realDonaldTrump cracking down on virulent antisemitism making the lives of Jewish students hell on campuses across the country. It was wrong then, and it’s wrong now. The history does not matter. Louise Lucas used Passover to take a swipe at an opponent, and in a way that disparages Jews today (irrespective of the history). It was in the form of a faux Passover message, using our holiday as a political cudgel to attack Allen for his Jewish ancestry. It disingenuous, bigoted and wrong. There is no excuse. Jews are under attack from all sides — both political and physical harms. We don’t need our leaders making it worse. It would be in poor taste on a normal day, but exceedingly so in current circumstances. @SenLouiseLucas owes ALL of her constituents an apology for shamefully using a Jewish holiday to attack a political rival and his Jewish ancestry. It was beneath the office she holds. Real leaders take accountability for their actions. They don’t allow others to run cover for them and blame people from two decades earlier as their justification.
