@undGems I have tested it on the paper account for a month, now I am testing it on the real account, but not opening the trades (there is a stop crane inside the code after algorithm finds all the prices and strikes). This algo trades Iron Condors. I still have to make some fine tuning.

@Jeppez420 @IBKR I did also with IBKR and Estonian LLC. Algo is working with IB gateway on Digital Ocean server.

Soon creating an account for my Finnish LLC at @IBKR for mid/large cap and ETF algo trading. Any reason why I should do that via US and not Ireland branch? ETF's should be available via Ireland also as I'll have active trader status. CFD's only available via Ireland. What else?

It’s tough to name just one as the biggest. But if I have to choose, it would be disciplined sports: starting from combining it with school at a young age, then moving into professional sports, and now maintaining it as a health routine for good brain function and overall well-being.

What one change or habit had the biggest impact on your life?

VIX is spiking, SKEW is rising, there’s been clear euphoria in some high-beta and small-cap names lately. After six months of non-stop growth, several large-caps keep rejecting their ATH levels. If some sort of correction or sentiment change happens, I think it would actually be good for both trading and investing. The growth sentiment seems overextended for now, with fewer major opportunities. A correction would create a chance to reposition portfolios and set up for good trades/positions. #trading #investing #SwingTrading #StockMarket

I made a poor swing trade with #TSLA. My entry came after the major move on the “new models” news, when the expected value was already weakened. I was expecting at least one more day of continuation. I took around 70D put contracts (to minimize time decay), but implied volatility spiked during the move. Two days later, I exited the trade at a lower price, but due to IV normalization, I ended up closing the trade roughly flat. Poor analysis initially, poor entry, poor trade management.

@TheOneLanceB I take screenshots, add comments/arrows/etc. directly in Preview on my MacBook, and then drag them into Numbers (that’s where I keep my DRC and full reflection). I will share screenshot.

Best software or program for annotating charts? Arrows, highlights, text, etc. Mind sharing reasoning + screenshots as well?

$UNH had two strong days in a row. I especially liked the price action on Thursday (October 3rd) - it was similar to what we saw on September 22nd. I entered a position with LEAPS options (on September 22nd I wrote 350 puts).

Made $TSLA continuation trade today. Entered after 445 bounce and after getting below VWAP (+corresponding price action) - 1st and only intraday trade this week (such discipline actually quite rare for me).

What a day for $TSLA. Also good price action for $UNH.

Agree, there are no rules in the world of trading, but there are rules in the world of each trader who actually makes a positive cash flow (based on stats ~2-4% of traders). How do you think @_edutrades_ , @Qullamaggie , @TheOneLanceB , @TheShortBear or @BrianLeeTrades made their careers? Please, don’t say that they are fake🙏. I live 1 km from Russia, and I can distinguish furus and propaganda from real stories 😄😄

@KaursonTomas There are no predefined rules in the world of trading. Randomness is what makes an efficient market.

$UNH I exited when the price broke the previous day’s low (yesterday). I was expecting a more extended run, at least to test 362 or, in a better scenario, 376. This means I’ll be waiting for a new bullish swing setup.
