@eircare We were given a mobile number for our service manager yesterday,we had a 10 sec conversation with him where he said "Can you call me back in 5 min,I'm on a call" ,we tried calling him back on numerous occasions all afternoon but he wouldn't take the call, we need this sorted ASAP
