Work is progressing well on Aberdeen’s first purpose-built complex care accommodation provision. The £4million development at Stoneywood Road will deliver homes for eight people with complex care needs, offering care around the clock.

I see the effects of people not having one of these every day…Have you got yours?

Highlight of the week: Presenting at an event at Aberdeenshire Council’s Woodhill House, welcoming a large audience from NHSG, City, Shire and Moray HSCPs and Local Authorities. Great to further develop the network involved with hospital discharge and accommodation.

I have lodged a parliamentary motion recognising the work of highly respected civil servant, Marion Gibbs, who sadly passed away nine months ago. Marion’s work in tackling homelessness & boosting equality was legendary & I know that she is sorely missed by many.

Harry Maguire’s mum has posted this on Instagram. Nobody deserves that level of criticism/abuse he has gone through over the last couple of years. 😔
