Yuji very likely got this grade very soon after Shinjuku Showdown. He was renowned worldwide as the one that finished off Sukuna, had RCT, DE, BF record and 2 top 5 CT’s in history.
Bare minimum within a year after Shinjuku Showdown he got Special Grade title, if not right away
