The U.S. talks about free speech and democracy, yet punishes people for their opinions, especially when it challenges its foreign policy. Supporting Iran, criticizing America, or even expressing controversial views shouldn’t suddenly erase someone’s rights overnight. If “freedom” only applies when people agree with you, then it was never freedom to begin with.

Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan." This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States. The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.

To be clear, I do not care if people dig up video with arguments from a time when someone was trying to get sober, or from when I relapsed. People argue. People scream. What they will not find is me beating a woman, or any injuries or evidence to support that claim. Allegations are not convictions. I am here as a free and sober man, with no upcoming criminal court cases and no felonies on my record. And I do not give a rat’s ass about people threatening to protest in front of my house. The irony is that laws now exist because of the kind of grifting that happened outside the Laundrie home, by JLR. If someone wants to protest outside a residence, they should not cry foul when new charges start stacking up under laws they helped inspire. That would be karma. What people should really be asking is where the video is after a camera was placed within an inch of my face. Maybe he does not want his audience to see me calling him a fraud while holding up the Chelan County photos police took of Magnolia’s blood that I had just received after landing. Maybe he does not want them to see him flinch, nearly drop his phone, and buckle out of fear. Maybe he does not want them to hear me tell him to give me personal space before I took off my backpack and made it clear that if he did not get out of my face, I would handle it, only for him to start screaming that I was going to assault him. FOIA the video. The officers had body cameras on, and he held his phone up to them showing the incident. Ask yourself why he has not released it.

Unfortunately, the lack of resolution in the Nancy Guthrie case has led at least two locals to tell me they believe the sheriff may be involved.

Nancy Guthrie So for about 3 days, someone who had never investigated a homicide was in charge of Nancy’s case, according to Brian Entin's source. Please note, if you look at Pima County's crime stats, Pima County has never even had a kidnapping so they don't have investigative experience in abductions either. This reminds me of the Idaho 4 case except Chief Fry had FBI Agents working that case right from the beginning. There is just no substitute for experience. Nevertheless, the milk is spilled and so I will be concentrating on what we can do to help solve this case. Porch Guy is the key. Please help circulate his video. (See below) The public will Crack this case. After an arrest(s) are made, that's when the decisions from the first days will be exposed. I just pray that doesn't mean that the person(s) who did this to Nancy will walk. From minute 1 when you investigate, you have to work in the context of a defense attorney breathing down your back. That was not done in this case from what we can see. It's been nearly 2 full months. No Nancy. No arrests. #NancyGuthrie #NancyGuthriekidnapping
