most companies hire support agents for work that shouldn't exist "customer can't reset password" → fix the reset flow "where's my order" → send automated updates "how do i cancel" → add self-service button eliminate the problem, not manage the symptom

I really miss using a computer with two hands. No amount of speech to text makes up for losing shortcuts, cmd+tab, even just pressing the space bar. I’m behind on everything, and even if I lock in for hours a day, I’m too slow to catch up.
