Het tegengaan van wereldwijde armoede, ongelijkheid en klimaatverandering is een grote opgave waar het United Nations Development Programme zich voor inzet. Als onderdeel van de VN is @UNDP een belangrijke partner voor Nederland op het gebied van vredesopbouw, veiligheid en de rechtsstaat, onder meer in Oekraïne en de Palestijnse Gebieden.
Vanavond ontving ik samen met @ministerBHOS Sjoerd Sjoerdsma het hoofd van het programma, @alexanderdecroo voor een kennismaking en om te spreken over het werk van UNDP wereldwijd.

In the run-in to the Cipressa, @mathieuvdpoel was involved in a crash.
@JasperPhilipsen showed true team spirit, sacrificing his own chances to bring Mathieu back to the front 👏
Mathieu fought his way into the decisive move with Pogacar and Pidcock, but due to a finger injury sustained in the crash, he had to let them go in the finale.
A hard-fought 8th place.
