@RoyalMail I've paid nearly £15 for a special delivery including pickup and bring label! Scheduled for this morning pickup but it's nearly 6pm, no email or anything to say why it's still here! This is an urgent parcel and I wish I'd gone with another company! What's going on?? Ty
@tescomobile I'm currently speaking to them via messenger and I'm going round in circles! This really is quite worrying and I will be changing him over to another provider as soon as I can but in the mean time, he needs this phone now!

@tescomobile He has an elderly, big button basic phone and can't use the Internet or text. It worked fine before being changed to essentials. This is why I'm so concerned. I really need to just top his phone up for him as at the moment it's his only means of contacting me or others!

@tescomobile Thank you. No he doesn't. I am financial power of attorney for him and deal with things like this. I can connect via Facebook on his behalf. I don't know what's wrong with DM's here but it still won't let me do it! I've got no other device to try either. Nightmare 😪.
@tescomobile His phone hasn't been topped up for a long time as he had alot of credit. Could you have disabled the number? If so, it there any way this number can be reactivated please? He's disabled but not needed the mobile until now! He won't have been able to respond to any text messges!

@tescomobile I've got a tesco mobile payg backup phone myself so have tried it from that too. It won't accept my dad's number as valid when it is tesco mobile too! It validates my number without issue but not his!

@tescomobile Thank you for your reply but that phone number will not accept my dad's mobile as a tesco mobile number. Iit says not valid and I can't get any further! It's probably to do with your recent changes but my dad is not capable of topping up and never had this issue with old system!

@sewateruk It's been reported at least 6 weeks ago many times! It's just off Buckland Road at the Springvale Estate Entrance. It's been confirmed that it's mains water and many people been out but the leak is still flowing and no resolution! Just past blind bend over railway bridge.
@sewateruk There has been a serious leak that has been reported numerous times where gallons of water are being wasted with the constant flow! It's been like it for 6 weeks at least and it's still gushing out water. Shameful waste of water and shocking that you've done nothing!
@sewateruk Thank you. Do you at least give businesses guidelines to be more careful with water? This company is jet washing just as much as before the hosepipe ban! They could at least try to cut their usage but I can hear that they are still in my opinion wasting water!
@sewateruk We are being very careful with water usage while hearing constant jet washing coming from the car hire company out of the back of us! How is this allowed?? I know they want clean cars to go back out but this is constant jet washing! Why are they allowed to do this?
@sewateruk Thanks for explaining. I still think this is wrong.They are wasting gallons of water per day! You expect residential to handwash so what's wrong with temporary handwashing for a business? Shocking waste of water made worse that I can hear it going down the drain as I live near!
@Kaycisharota Commercial Use: The hosepipe restrictions don't apply to businesses where using a hosepipe, like for car washing, is a core part of their operations.
