@tescomobile will tesco buy any access to o2 5g+ networks? Where I work all 5g is off and moved to 5g+ but tesco doesn't seem to connect to it. Apparently due to not buying the rights to use it? As 4g is congested here since the 3g turn off. I used to have 5g here until 5g+

@tescomobile I have a Tescos mobile sim card, it did have credit, but daily you get a message Tesco Mobile: Your top-up balance is too low for your current bundle. Your daily messages have wiped out my credit, So you are credit thieves, thanks

@tescomobile @tescomobile 2 and 1/2 weeks and this fiasco still isn’t sorted. How long should it take for my dads phone to be sorted. Countless trips to Tesco in Ebbw Vale and awaiting your appalling service which is not the fault of the store

@tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

@tescomobile Currently been without phone usage for 24 hrs. Been told over live chat ill have to pay an early termination fee which has already been paid for the number that then needs transferring over. Been trying to sort this for over a week now
