@tescomobile Hi, help please! My mum recently moved from Vodafone to Tesco Mobile and there seems to be a stuck port type issue. Numbers from Vodafone can’t call her. She can phone them but incoming calls are blocked. Can you help?

@tescomobile DO NOT get a tesco phone contract IF u live in Bournemouth BH4 area as signal non existent. Don't say it's good Tesco as it's NOT and never has been.

@shannon_breezy When you top up you subscribe straight away so then your top up is not used. If your phone is connected to the network and you are using data you will be charged - Zoie

@tescomobile Wouldn’t think so I normally always buy the top up then add a bundle but somehow the £10 has been used within an hour before I can even add a bundle
