@TDeisine That's quite thoughtful of her, honestly every basic thing is now a struggle.

I was on call with a friends abroad and she said, “babe let me send data for you”. I was happy cause funny thing is, I was low on sub as at that time.
She sent me data, imagine my shock when I saw 65 gb data plan for one month. I was extremely grateful, i didn’t see that coming and then I looked at myself and realize I have never done such for myself.
Not because I cant afford 16k but because there are so many other things to so that seem more important than data.
Living in a country where basic stuffs like data have to be compared side by side with food is not how I wished to live my life.
I woke up with a heavy heart, Nigeria must work in my lifetime.
PS: she is right here and I know she will see this shortly. Thank you mama, I don’t know what I did to make you like me

@yusbam92 @arojinle1 So the fruits are just left to rot? Where's the sense in that
English

In Singapore, all trees and their fruits on public land (parks, roadsides, state land) belong to the government under the Parks and Trees Act. Even collecting naturally fallen fruits is considered taking public property.
You need official permission from NParks (National Parks Board) before picking or collecting any fruit. If caught without permission, you can be fined up to S$5,000 (about ₦6 million) in public parks. The fine is even higher (up to S$50,000 and possible jail time) in nature reserves. This law protects trees from damage, prevents people from commercial harvesting, and keeps public spaces orderly.
It’s better to buy fruits from markets or supermarkets instead. Many tourists have been caught unaware.
English

If you ever travel to Singapore and you see a fruit that has fallen from a tree, in a public place, don't pick it.

Look at the abandoned Enugu railway system.
We urgently need to revive our railways and create new ones.
Pause a second and imagine if you can move from Enugu to Abia to Anambra to IMO to Ebonyi via high speed reliable trains.
Goods can move as well and heavy trucks can be eliminated from our roads.
The South East economy will boom. Thousands of lives will be saved.
SEDC should focus on this and get it done. If this is the only thing they can achieve, it will be more than enough.

@Benking443 Whatever happened to her is still lurking around the school premises, this is not a random attack.
English

They murdered this innocent girl yesterday in her school hostel room in Imo State.
She was a student of Our Lady of Mercy Nursing School.
Her throat was slit. She was found almost naked, with her clothes torn.
What exactly happened to your student, Wendy?
Who did this to her, and why is there still no clear explanation?

@Morris_Monye Quite commendable @Morris_Monye It can only take a person with a good heart and conscience to look at things from other perspectives, admit that they derailed and seek ways to make amends. More respect from me sir.

Open Apology Letter to the Obidient Movement
My Dear Obidient Family, I come before you today with a heavy heart, deep humility, and no excuses. Some time ago, in a moment of frustration and immaturity, I wrote and released a resignation letter as Director of Mobilization. In that letter, I allowed deep frustration & personal emotions to cloud my judgment. I made statements that subtly and unnecessarily dragged Peter Obi, a man I still respect for his vision, integrity, and sacrifice for this nation. That was wrong. It was childish, and beneath the standard I should have upheld, especially as someone who once held a leadership position in this movement.
I take full responsibility. No one forced me to write it. No one edited it. It came from me, and it was a mistake. I deleted the letter afterwards, but I know deletion does not erase the damage, the disappointment, or the loss of trust many of you felt. I understand why some of you no longer respect me the way you once did. You had every right to feel let down.
To Peter Obi himself (fondly called PO): Sir, I am sincerely sorry. My words were not a true reflection of the values of sacrifice, accountability, and constructive criticism that you preach. I failed in that moment. To every single Obidient, the ones who stayed grinding, the ones who defended the vision even when it was tough, the ones who felt betrayed by my actions, I am deeply sorry. You are the real heroes of this movement. Many of you are young people full of hope and fire for a better Nigeria. You didn’t deserve to see internal cracks turned into public drama. I let you down.
I am not writing this because I want something or a position in the movement as I’m enjoying private life. I am writing it because it is the right thing to do. Leadership is not only about when the road is sweet and smooth; it is also about owning up when you mess up. I own this fully. I am committed to rebuilding trust through consistent actions, not just words. But I also know trust is not demanded, it is earned back slowly, if at all. Thank you for reading this.
Whether you accept my apology or not, I respect your feelings and your right to hold me accountable. The love I have for a better Nigeria has not changed. You all know me. My respect for the Obidient spirit remains. I am sorry truly.
With humility and hope for forgiveness,
Your brother in this struggle,
Morris Monye.
Oya come let’s hug. 😊

@BOGbadams Thank you sir, you have said it all. But knowing him, I doubt he will listen to anyone telling him to step back even if it's for the sake of the masses.

@Miss_Lorlai @Morris_Monye Can you drop the link to your YouTube channel?
English

@Morris_Monye My YouTube videos on finance does not get many views because people don’t care about such topics. They just want comedy
They just think getting rich and staying rich are the same.

@winexviv Not surprised at all, in fact, you can't even begin to imagine exactly how deep the rot runs; many of them are nothing but sh*t heads who can't defend the titles and certificates they parade about; and of course, deal harshly with students they see as "know-it-alls."
English

A lecturer without a WAEC certificate has been tormenting students for several years. Fake WAEC, Fake Bsc, Fake PhD.
Abia State Government have intensified their investigations.
All fake certificate holders will be fished out and suspended. All of them.
All forms of sorting, victimizations, sex for grades, extortions will be addressed and stopped.
By the time they are done, Abia State University will operate at the same quality level with that of top African universities.
We need to restore excellence in our universities so that we can start producing top quality graduates that will lead the African workforce in 10 years.
English

@UnkleAyo I am not surprised at all, your examiners didn't ask about you abi? Congratulations nwanne!!!

DAY 29 TO GO TO NESt 2026 🌍
One day, our children will ask us:
“When the floods came…
When the heat increased…
When communities lost livelihoods…
What did you do?”
And history will answer for us.
Nigeria cannot keep reacting to environmental disasters like surprises. We must build systems that predict risks, protect lives, and preserve our future.
The environment is no longer a side conversation.
It is economy.
It is health.
It is security.
It is survival.
In 29 days, NESt 2026 will bring together leaders, investors, experts, and institutions to move Nigeria from environmental vulnerability to green opportunity.
The time to act is now.

“Do You Have Any Challenges?”
Those Were The Words Of Governor Alex Otti After He Suddenly Stopped His Convoy And Walked Into a Military Base Along Ngwa Road During a Routine Inspection In Aba.
“How Are You? How Is Work Going? Is The Commander In?” Governor Otti Asked The Soldier On Duty.
The Officer Quickly Took Him To Meet The Commander, Captain T. Yabiteigha, Who Was Clearly Surprised By The Unplanned Visit.
Governor Otti Said:
“Sorry We Took You Unawares. I Was Just Passing And Decided To Check On You People. Are There Any Challenges We Should Know About?”
Before The Officer Could Say Much, Governor Otti Looked Around And Added:
“I Can Already See This Place Needs Renovation.”
The Soldiers Then Showed Him Their Faulty Operational Vehicles And Poor Working Conditions.
Immediately, Governor Otti Directed That The Vehicles Be Repaired Or Replaced Without Delay And Ordered The Renovation Of The Base, Including Installation Of Solar Lights.
Then Came The Emotional Moment.
Captain Yabiteigha Told The Governor:
“Sir, You May Not Remember Me, But Last Year You Paid My Hospital Bills And Supported The Family Of Our Colleague Who Died During An Attack. You Even Gave Scholarship To His Children. I Have Been Looking For a Way To Thank You For Saving My Life.”
