▪️4 Senators did NOT vote — Fetterman, Justice, McConnell, & Padilla
▪️Senate Majority Leader Thune changed his vote from yes to no, so he can bring the motion to the floor at a later time
▪️Collins, Murkowski, & Tillis voted YES
