The curtain’s half closed but the window’s open & we feel the breeze & hear the birds Laura breathes in & breathes out. When the gap gets long I hold my breath but she’s as tenacious in death as she was in life, despite a week without food or water. We hold hands & she squeezes❤️

@MissEmmaTurner How infuriating! Ks1 and EYFS seems like a minefield. I bet he’s never heard of phonics let alone possesses the ability to teach 30 kids with ranging abilities it. I only have to practise with my own son and my head is battered.

Who knew - Year 1 and EYFs Teachers apparently we aren’t actually teachers🤷🏻‍♀️🙄😬 Yesterday a person asked me what age I teach - I replied, Year 1. Him: ‘That’s not teaching, they only draw at that age anyway!’ As I left, he said enjoy marking your drawings!’ 😬😬😬😬😬

I’m 6 months pregnant and will be working til 10pm tonight on bits for my class/school after leaving work at 6 and getting in at half 7. Don’t tell me striking teachers are lazy, if I was paid what I’m worth it wouldn’t be an issue #TeacherStrike
