@jprutherford It's crazy to me that they decided that they needed to blow up the team in the past few weeks. On their core pieces doesn't it seem more likely other teams are interested in them and the Blues are just setting super high prices? I just don't see them doing crazy stuff today.

Some thoughts:
You'd expect the Blues to be busy, but it takes trade partners. Army's prices have been high, but push comes to shove when this day finally comes.
-- It's been quiet on the Thomas front. A few teams could make a last-ditch effort, otherwise this is headed to the offseason.
-- It makes a lot of sense to trade Faulk today. Several right-shot D have been dealt, putting Faulk at top of teams' wish-list.
-- Re: Parayko I can't see him waiving NTC after vetoing the Buffalo deal. My guess is it will get revisited in the offseason.
-- It's Hofer's team, so Binnington likely to be moved at some point. Options limited now, but could open up in June.
-- Schenn wants to stay, but realizes the Blues' situation and would move, though only for the perfect spot. He deserves that.
-- It's been quiet, too, on Kyrou, but I believe the Blues are trying to move him. Will require best return, so like Thomas, no rush.
-- If the Blues are going into a longer retool/rebuild, moving Buchnevich would be a top priority, but can they do it?
--Suter, Sundqvist, Fowler are also trade candidates, but won't yield much in return. I just didn't want to leave them off list.

@jprutherford @nytimes Trade the UFAs and be done with it. Faulk too for the right return.

Blues still have time to maximize trade deadline, but after two whiffs, it’s running short. #stlblues

Are you on board with the Oli Marmol extension? #STLCards
English

@MDeFranks The Blues can't score or stop goals. Last year Parayko had arguably his best year playing with Fowler. So obviously Montgomery continues to keep them apart. Can you explain that to the people?

We need 3 goals from Morgan Geekie #NHLBruins tonight in St. Louis s.barstool.link/c/article-3558…

He gave up two poor goals. He's got nothing to chirp about. #stlblues

@lkorac10 Binner was heated, chirping at Monty when he got back to the bench😬
English

@jprutherford Who is in charge of the lines 3 on 3? When is Monty and the staff to blame for the in game line decisions? They are clueless.
English

Monty on Neighbours: "It's good news. He was our leading goal scorer when he left the lineup. The character, all that stuff, it really matters to the little things that make up real success in a locker room, on the bench and on the ice." #stlblues
