@ausstockchick I have invested in property > 20 years. Have started selling. Not because of the changes being announced soon, but because it is a bad investment in general now. State taxes, costs, maintenance etc, not worth it. Being more nimble now with investing, houses too inflexible.🧐

If the CGT changes are implemented, investors will distribute money elsewhere. Watch it flow out of Australia. That’s what I will do. I’m determined not to let this government take my money to pay for pink haired propaganda.

@PeteZogoulas I love how they say "Tens of thousands of Australians with disabilities".... actually they probably don't - they are the fraudsters getting kicked out of the system. I see REAL disabled people and they truly deserve the NDIS assistance but there are just too many rorters. 👍
