بچه که بودم یادمه تو مجلات ورزشی می‌نوشتند که توانایی بشر اجازه دویدن ماراتون زیر ۲ ساعت رو نمیده. امروز تو ماراتون لندن این رکورد شکسته شده. ولی نکته جالب‌ترش اینه که نفر دوم هم زیر ۲ ساعت دویده، و اختلافش با نفر اول ۱۱ ثانیه بوده. فکر کن ماراتون رو زیر ۲ ساعت بدویی، ولی دوم بشی!

@DodgysDD Sometimes, because of the fear of missing out (FOMO), I enter a position earlier than my plan, and that position ends up in a loss. My plan is to print out the positions where I lost because of this mistake and put them next to my monitor so they stay in front of my eyes
