This SR took away my 1-week leave and fined me and my colleagues for not being around during some orientation, which I’m told was not even really an orientation. It’s annoying that I was even on call that day. Tried reaching out to him and he’s threatening an extra week call.

@instablog9ja 400k? Where una dey see this money? I was paid just over 200k as a doctor working in Nigeria and it's not been too long I left for the UK. 400k is for those fortunate enough to enter the residency training program. Those in the private sector see a different colour of shege.
