Death Stranding 2 has a completely hidden mechanic where if you and other players keep using the same path, it eventually becomes an actual road and all the rocks/trees in the way get cleared.
This mechanic was also in DS1 but I'd say 99% of players never knew about this

Touching base on this, as you reach the later zones the whole game looks uglier and runs way worse. I'd describe it as borderline unplayable when in a squad. Man, such a bummer. Great game, but this PC performance is shockingly bad.

Briefly, I'm playing Wild Hearts atm. It's very good, borderline excellent. It's *very* Monster Hunter, but it adds plenty of new ideas to the core gameplay loop that make it feel both faster/more arcadey, and more strategic at the same time. 20 hours in, loving it. Review soon.
