@UberEats I think its time your company gets sued. Because you guys literally have delivery person stealing your orders. And then you don't refund or resend the order out you spend your money only to not receive what you ordered. Thats not right its time this issue gets stopped

Hello @UberEats, you have 2 scamming restaurants on your app, you place an order and it never arrives, they have the same exact menu. Your help desk advised that they could not refund me due to the delivery being done by the restaurant staff, which never arrived.
