@Talabat It’s utterly disgraceful when your customer service call to cancel the order in a rude unprofessional way and then hung up on me!! It gets worse when he starts accusing me and swearing that I hung up on him!! He refused to let me talk to his supervisor!! Shame on you!!

@Deliveroo_ae It’s sad how a great, fast and superb customer service once was followed a deteriorating path recently that makes other competitors provide far better and faster service in Dubai!! I’ll abandon this ship before it sinks completely as I see this happening soon..
