@sarah_batty I had to do this each time I was pregnant due to diabetes so I can appreciate how much willpower this must be taking! After a few weeks I did find I stopped having any desire to eat sugar so it does get easier 👏👏

Such a proud proud dad moment today watching my youngest daughter pass out from @AldFireCadets today in front of family and the mayoress of Walsall, what an amazing day show casing, all they have learnt the last 6 months, she hopes to go on to be a firefighter for @WestMidsFire.
