@joeworkman @marlinclark Unfortunately, 'old' versions of the vents are still in the market via resellers and 3rd party sites. The ceiling kits are provided to our users free of charge, so please DM us for your kits.

@joeworkman @marlinclark Hi Joe, unfortunately the first version of our vents had a design flaw that caused the issue you recently faced. We're incredibly sorry for the danger this posed and are glad to hear you are okay. Since then we have added additional plates that secure ceiling vents.

Finally getting around to fixing my @KeenHome vents. Let’s hope they still work and survived their falls from the ceiling. One actually hit me on my head while brushing my teeth #badglue 🥴 Before you ask, they were way too much 💰 to discard. @GorrillaGlue to the rescue

@KeenHome I’m not sure I understand why but a bunch of filters for all rooms when you can buy just 1-2 for the return duct on the whole house. The money is in getting your vents to work. Right now they don’t. And they are a hassle.
