Hi Mayor @QuintonLucasKC. We want to #KeepKCFilming and this is our petition to save the Film Incentive and Office. chng.it/wMHWMXd8 The cost is just $175K, and it brings in $10M+ in yearly revenue. Filmmaking creates jobs and has a measurable, repeatable economic impact.

Hello @KCMOBudget. We've been waiting to see the final, approved budget to confirm the $200k funding for the Film Office. It's been nearly a month since the budget was adopted on 3/26. Is there any record of the final, adopted budget online? Thanks for any help you can give.

Does @QuintonLucasKC understand how vulnerable the arts community is now, more than ever? These were not people who were making money hand over fist. Many KC artists struggle to pay their bills, even those who are seen as "successful" in the community.
