Today, I filed a lawsuit to halt the sale of Loon vapes in Minnesota. State law bans e-cigarettes designed to appeal to kids. With flavors like Cotton Candy and Mountain Dude, Loon is in clear violation of that law. I will not let corporations like Loon prey on our children.

I respect both candidates in this race. But I’m supporting Peggy Flanagan, and one reason is simple: crypto. Crypto interests are spending millions to influence this primary. Until this industry is meaningfully regulated, we need a Senator whose instincts and record are firmly on the side of consumers. That’s Peggy Flanagan. It should never have taken this long. For more than half a year, the federal government tried to conceal evidence from Minnesota investigators. This is a positive step towards justice, but Minnesotans still deserve a complete, transparent, and independent investigation into what happened to Renee, Alex, and Julio. I will continue to do everything in my power to carry out such an investigation and to follow the facts wherever they lead.
