@UberEats Uber eats is better off firing all of the human reps and use AI. Since you aren't giving customers real help why pay for human reps?

@UberEats I sent an email to corporate along with all of the screenshots of the horrible service. I doubt that anyone will return my email at all, let alone with actual help. Why pay for horrible human reps when they offer only "cut and paste " responses and make no attempt to help?

@UberEats I received no attempt at help, nobody tried to look into the matter, I was denied a supervisor and they all abruptly ended the chats in me.

@UberEats Today with Uber eats over experienced absolutely horrible customer service from several of your "human" reps. The service was so horrible I doubt that they weren't AI.

@UberEats Hello, I just experienced the worst customer I have ever had with any company. First let me say that I been a Uber member (using the car service) for years. I say this for you to look at my account and see that I never had a complaint or a problem.

@VuelaJetSMART How can Jetsmart market itself as a partner with American Airlines Advantage and not one of your flights in Colombia accept AA miles??? And the normal price of your flights are the same as avianca. Why should I fly with Jetsmart when the prices are the same of a premium airline?
