I was lucky enough to read an early copy of Gaz's latest book - Into the Fire.
He's going through an incredibly tough time at the moment and can't promote the book as he would normally.
If you're looking for a new author to try, I'm sure he'd love to have some new preorders. And it really is a fantastic read.

Hiya Nay here again with an update on Gaz and a little plea for help if possible? Gaz had an operation to remove his infected defibrillator last Friday, and the infection had spread to his heart too. The op went well itself but he suffered a large haematoma afterwards and was / is in so much pain. The pneumonia / sepsis is still playing havoc with him and, honestly, it’s so sad to see my smiley husband so broken. He hasn’t seen the kids in weeks and it’s just so heartbreaking to witness. He’s on IV antibiotics every four hours day and night, and is due more procedures and operations over the next few weeks so we can hopefully get him back on his feet. He’s been sitting in his chair for a little bit here and there so there are signs of progress, and I know all your well wishes have been so encouraging to him, so thank you so much for them. Here's the other thing… Gaz has a book out in a few weeks time (Into the Fire). He worked so long and hard on it, and it’s received such lovely reviews from those who have already read it, but he has had to cancel so many things that were arranged to promote it (like podcasts, articles, festivals). He is so sad about it, so I was just wondering if we might use the power of social media for good to drum up some pre-orders for it? If you might consider having a look, I know that’d put a smile on his face, and maybe consider sharing with your friends? Thank you so much and I’ll give you another update soon.
