@OnePlus_Support This is unfair. After multiple follow-ups and a call from your team stating that no refund will be provided, I'm still receiving the same generic "check your DM" responses. I need a proper resolution, not copy-paste replies.

Update guys: I got a call from @OnePlus_Support and they provided me w solution of pick and drop but that will take 10 to 15 days and i can't arrange a spare device and I live in hostel so not possible again another option was to visit their executive store and I have decided to go to their executive store Tommorow Will keep updating you all
