Last weekend, I finally escaped the Qualoo build cave after 3 months of non-stop grinding—after a 4 hours flight delay I genuinely felt excitement when I seen "Free AirAsia WiFi" in my networks... Redemption? Nope fake news, there was no Wi-Fi! But it made me realise just how hooked we on connectivity. I genuinely felt guttered! A 2-hour flight dragged like 10. It maps issues in real time along with the root cause , tracks and escalates these are usually incredibly hard to find and resolve, because most issues that impact user experience are missed or hidden by management reports they always slip through the cracks and lead to billions of waste for telcos but trillions of economic missed opportunity globally for wider economy. It's amazing how many issues we found on expensive consultancy audits over the last 20 heads that had existed for years , now the network auto detects them, with no permission, no access needed and for network's making it truly scalable. Remember this isn't just a Telco solution, the problems can just as easy happen in your home, office or wider around the world. We don't just find and map these issues we also help people chose better ways to connect, everything will have a unified connectivity score, hotels,coffee shops , esims ,providers , mobile networks and all in a hyper localized way. Eduardo is on the ground at MWC26 :) as we prepare for multiple telecom, ISP and mobile focused products notably Qualoo Netpulse that completely replaces the need for expensive consultancy audits and dedicated experience monitoring systems with an always on intelligence feed detecting issues that impact customer experience. It's going to be an exciting start to the year! Looking forward to officially coming out of stealth mode after the most intensive 6 months build period we've gone through yet.
