Showing up is enough. - Invite God into the normal parts of your day, not just the serious ones. - Pay attention to what settles your spirit—peace is often how God gets your attention. - Rest without explaining yourself. You don't have to earn it. - Tell God what you're tired of carrying. He already knows. - End the day by placing everything back in His hands, even the things that didn't make sense.

When Yung Bredda said “sometimes you have to slow it down so you could feel what you working on” I sure he didn’t think I would apply it so many scenarios bc really sometimes you do have to slow tf down and assess the situation!!!

I saw a video that said having a naturally intimidating aura is exhausting because people start competing with you for no reason while you’re literally just breathing. I’ve never felt so seen.

I was deeply mishandled last year by people I cared about. That won't happen again.

Sometimes I accidentally accept the bare minimum trying to be considerate of what others are going through and that’s a habit I need to let go of expeditiously.

Whoever said consideration is the highest form of love cooked. You can’t claim to love your friend, partner and family but not be considerate.

"i love you" means my actions will always consider you even in rooms you're not in.
