Housing is a basic need. All over the world, people get mortgages when they start earning so they own a place they call home. Govts globally have housing initiatives & schemes to enable citizens to own a home. Home ownership isn’t just a Zambian dream, it’s a global aspiration.

A house is expensive to own in almost any part of the world. Even in countries where people have easier access to financing. Now imagine being able to build a house to live in, just by using your head; then the flats people make fun of that you put on rent. It’s a good dream👍🏿.
