@AvantiWestCoast Extremely rude staff member today whilst we boiled onboard your train! When we told her that the air conditioning wasn't working in our carriage, her reply was "well common sense would tell you to move" Not quite fair given we all have allocated seats!

@sainsburys perhaps you'd like to train your staff on good customer service. Not only did they snap "just wait a minute" at me when I said "excuse me" they then proceeded to take several items of my shopping out the bag to do a self check and left me to put the whole lot back!

@VodafoneUK really annoying, i'm trying to do a homemove - agent is trying, despite my refusal, to "upgrade my plan" before putting me through. Your automated service is as good as useless as it's directing me to change my address & not a home move! 22 mins so far and no help!

@Ocado Had a delivery Friday evening. Half the fresh items are out of date by today - surely a weeks food shop should not all run out by the end of the weekend. How is it possible to eat that amount of food!

@PapaJohnsUK I tried to use my reward points on Friday as knew they were expiring today. It wouldn't let me and said I didn't have enough, so I had to pay full price. I've gone into my account today and they've disappeared! I've got screenshot of this.

@Dorothy_Perkins really poor service. Ordered 3 pairs of boots, 2 not arrived despite the 5 - 7 day promised. I requested a replacement but told to wait until 8th Dec - of which time the boots will no longer be needed, I'm out of pocket as you have my money but I've got no boots!

Y’all I ordered food earlier on Just Eat and my food arrived late, cold, soaking wet and the delivery driver was extremely rude 😭 and JustEat refuses to give me a penny despite my evidence The next time you order food please AVOID @JustEatUK they don’t know how to act ty ❤️
