@KelinDrawn Could be one of the reasons the Aldi stations seem overbuilt. That way it can serve both purposes, for fast and medium needs What would be great is to be able to pay less to get a 50kW limit for example. This would help GOFAST with demand charges, and a benefit for shoppers

GOFAST Wohlen ALDI has been open for a month now, but it's still not listed on their website 🤔 Everything seems ready though! Was 0.70CHF/kWh when I visited

Recent changes to fast charging prices in 🇨🇭 - AMAG ended promo for non-AMAG owners. Start fees make a return. Ad-hoc price lowered - Fastned introduced new app price 66ct/kWh - Eni lowered price 75 -> 70ct/kWh - Swisscharge/MOVE price increase at GOFAST, 59 -> 65ct/kWh

@lecotedudessus @chargeguide I managed to do it, but I really don't like the new app. You have to scroll more to see the price, and the design has gotten worse in my opinion. Interestingly, the Move Station next door now costs 0.51, while it still costs 0.57 in the Move app.

@chargeguide @go_Electra Is the availability display for reservations via the app? According to the website, if a reservation is active, someone can start charging up to 30 minutes before that time. As soon as you arrive, you have to wait for this charging session to finish. Acceptable solution, I think.

You cannot force highly skilled people to work a set number of hours. They will just pretend to which is easy to do. They’ll read Reddit, make easy tasks stretch in time, have a longer lunch, longer meetings, etc. The only way I’ve seen or experienced seeing people work a lot of raw hours is because they believe what they are doing has mission, it challenges, users are scrambling for it, or it moves their soul somehow.

Fast charging prices updates: - Electra have reduced their price to 49ct/kWh for the summer - Tesla prices changed a lot, there are both very cheap and very expensive sites - Swisscharge no longer offers a better price for SOCAR - Eni got 1% cheaper due to the Euro exchange rate

One extremely underrated weird lifehack is learning the etymology of words. You get root access for human language and realise most words come from hilarious origins. E.g. Disaster. Dis (bad) + astro (star) = bad star, because ancient people blamed calamities on the stars. So much legacy code in the system, and we're all going along with it without questioning it because everyone else is. You then realise you can create your own language because why not?

IKEA website shows a verbatim copy of the physical printed receipt in HTML, complete with logo, exact transaction details, and mono font. It goes on for another 300 lines. Whoever did this at IKEA, come forward, you have been recognized! 🏆

@chargeguide It seems they really don’t care for revenue here. According to the Pump-App the stations are offline for several days, up to 32 days. Also, I drove by last night and the red lights at the station seems to confirm this.

This would be amazing, if it wasn't so FREAKING EXPENSIVE Eni Seftigenstrasse Bern 0.90EUR/kWh (no invoicing in CHF available) 4xCCS up to 300kW, but using all 4 requires some responsible parking

I could've easily gone 10x financially. Buy my current 1x is actually a great life that allows me to have A LOT of fun instead of ONLY working without the time to spend the cash.
