Trump knows he’s going to lose the midterms. And the SAVE Act is his only hope.
“Oh it’s just an ID” NOPE!
Under the SAVE Act, your military ID is not enough, your driver’s license is not enough.
And your enhanced ID is only enough if it was issued in New York, Michigan, Minnesota, Vermont and Washington.
The rest of you need your passport and birth certificate. Which is a direct violation of the 24th Amendment. It would be a smaller violation if these documents were given freely, but not if they have to pay — that’s adjacent to a poll tax.
If he pulls through on this scam, our democracy is over.

🤣 President Trump just told a story of how even HE needed to show ID before voting in Florida, and the poll worker FELT BAD asking him "Even me, I went to vote: 'Sir, may I please see your identification? Sir? I'm so embarrassed. I know you're Trump! Please, do you have some identification? I don't want to lose my job!'" "I was lucky I had some kind of a card on me I didn't even know I had, but I gave it, you know?" 😂 "I said, 'don't apologize. You're doing your job. That's what you're SUPPOSED to be doing!' It was so beautiful."
