@tescomobile @tescomobile Can you tell me why you are rectifying this for some customers and not others? The amount is still showing on my account with a payment due to come out on the 8th and all I keep getting is some standard response about a fix.

@kellsbells60 As we mentioned, we don't have a timescale for this unfortunately. The charge will automatically reverse on your account, so you don't need to take any action. I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused - Harry
