@@SpursOfficial @TfL why can you not open the staircase at Northumberland ??? Over an hour after the match and no crowd? Apparently according to @TfL staff it’s @SpursOfficial fault???? Frustrating they opened the gate literally 2 mins later🤔🤔🤔 jobsworth 🤔

@ArrivaKent please can you improve the 477 service. So many times the scheduled bus does not arrive and they one an hour! My mum has missed her eye appt today as the 10am bus never arrived and the 11am was delayed! So frustrating that you are not providing a reliable service.

@ArrivaKent yet again the 477 bus is failing to arrive?? Yesterday the 13:40 from Dartford to Swanley did not show and now this morning the 12:09 from Swanley to Orpington did not turn up???
