In the richest country in the history of the world, people should be able to afford to eat, have kids, have housing, and get health care.

There is no such thing as “too many people” having health insurance. Coverage means preventive care, earlier diagnoses, and fewer costly emergencies. As a physician, I can tell you that when people have health insurance, lives are saved and tax payer dollars are saved. We should be increasing the number of insured Americans. This administration’s priorities are beyond backwards.
