@micheome Hi Michelle! We usually collect human stool using the DNA Genotek Omnigene gut kit for DNA stabilization prior to sequencing. Could also do PBS and immediate freeze. We extract using the DNEasy Powersoil Pro Kit. Good luck! 💩
