Very disappointing Christmas for my kids thanks to @TMobile . Got new phones that can’t be activated. Then @TMobile cancelled my accounts after I ported my number so now we can’t make phone calls, text, or message @TMobile . Would’ve been good to know that @TMobileHelp

It’s 12:47 AM and the streets around UGA’s campus are still gridlocked. I’m on the 4th story of a parking deck and none of the cars have moved for a half hour
