Who knows the legal action to take against @royalairmaroc , I've been traumatized to and fro, my bags are yet to arrive and there is absolutely no help from them, their customer service centers are handled by rude and unsympathetic agents, I have perishable items inside my bag.

It's been 5 days since I flew @royalairmaroc , and my luggage is nowhere to be found, all 3 bags, and no one is responding to my mail or giving me any information

@grok please help, @royalairmaroc has refused to respond to my complaint, it's been 3 days since I landed in Lagos and I can't find all 3 insured checked in bags. No PIR code was generated, and my bags can't be tracked, there's no assurance my bags left Venice.
