$DVLT Everyone losing their minds over the lumpy revenue drop from Q4 to Q1’s $3.4M, clearly doesn't know what they own. Micro-caps are lumpy, get over it. Q1 and Q2 are the heavy lifting quarters where the tech gets deployed, but H2 is where the actual money lands. Nate literally said on the call, "We expect July to be the biggest month in our company's history." Q3 is where this thing scales toward that $200M full-year target. To the bears screaming about a reverse split because of the $0.51 price tag, learn how Nasdaq Capital Market rules actually work: The current initial window runs until August 24. Because of the company's strong asset backing, they easily qualify for a second 180-day extension, pushing the runway out to February 2027. Check the actual NYIAX merger text. Executing a split inside the 120-day window triggers a massive 10 million share penalty payout to NYIAX holders. Management is heavily incentivized to avoid a split and drive organic compliance. With over $250M in funding options and $90M in incoming tokenization fees from those massive $800M Q1 contracts, time is 100% on our side. June regulatory news will trap the shorts. 50K shares locked in.

$DVLT I finally processed the earnings call and reactions from investors. Things I hold non-negotiable for my investment. 1. No reverse split. 2. $200M revenue or more for 2026 EOY. 3. $2B revenue or more for 2027 EOY. As long as these stay true, there is nothing to worry about. And I will continue to hold.

@LateNightDD There guidance for 2027 is 250 million I just checked my Bloomberg terminal. Bloomberg Intelligence is definitely a trustworthy source so please tell me I’m wrong and that you have evidence of 2B guidance to show me lol.

Infleqtion team members Peyton Cline and Ryan Jones attended the Quantum Science Center all-hands meeting this week at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where the QSC is working to position the United States at the forefront of quantum-accelerated computing. The QSC is building the first fault-tolerant ecosystem for high-performance hybrid computing, uniting national labs, universities, and industry partners around a shared goal of quantum-accelerated scientific discovery. Infleqtion is contributing by co-developing application workflows for materials science on QHPC systems, and building QHPC systems around Infleqtion's own quantum processors. Today was an absolutely amazing day in the small cap markets. I called; Called $PMAX at $2.70. Hit $4.80 for 77%. Called $ERNA at $5.25. Hit $7.70 for 46%. Called $DGXX at $4.80. Hit $6.70 for 39%. Best part about this is we're getting these % in just a day. Stayed disciplined with execution and nailed the proper trade setups with perfection. In the video below, I cover these topics below; • Don't over-complicate a trade setup if it does not need to. Less is more, keep it simple. • How to identify an intraday trend? • How to maximize your trades returns off the trend you identified? • How sector sympathies like $IREN drives $DGXX? Who wants more? 🔥🔥🔥

Imagine not learning how to read dates in 2026, pure embarrassment. 😂 Person below said I posted $ELPW today when the date clearly shown that the post was registered on the 4th of May. So it's not even about knowing dates now but this person don't even have the ability to read? Wasn't today the 5th of May? Since when was today the 4th of May, someone help this poor soul out.

@Datavault_ai @NateX112756 @TheDCW_X Why did DVlT acquire 8,163,265 shares of Vivasor Inc.’s Series A Common Stock for $50 million, paying entirely in stock through the issuance of 75,942,666 new Datavault AI common shares to Vivasor ?

@Datavault_ai @TheDCW_X Strongly urge management to reconsider issuing more shares just to pursue acquisitions. While the intentions might be good, any future upside for shareholders is now essentially capped given the large amount of shares outstanding. $200 mil target does not benefit us.

Nobody is talking about what the helium shortage means for quantum computing. Every superconducting quantum computer on earth, every system at IBM, Google Quantum AI, and Quantinuum, operates inside a dilution refrigerator cooled to approximately 10 to 20 millikelvin. That is colder than outer space. The cooling mechanism relies on the phase separation of a helium-3 and helium-4 mixture below 0.87 kelvin, where helium-3 atoms continuously cross the boundary between two quantum phases, absorbing heat in the process. There is no substitute for this mechanism at scale. It is the physics that makes superconducting qubits possible. Qatar produces one-third of the world’s helium as a byproduct of LNG processing at Ras Laffan. Iranian missiles hit Ras Laffan on March 18 and 19. QatarEnergy declared force majeure. Repairs will take three to five years. Helium spot prices have doubled. Approximately 200 specialized cryogenic containers worth roughly $1 million each are stranded in the Middle East, and their cargo begins boiling off after 35 to 48 days. The Quantum Computing Report and Nature flagged on March 27 that US quantum labs have begun implementing rationing protocols for helium-3 and helium-4 mixtures used in dilution refrigerators. Delayed cooldown cycles are being reported at IBM Quantum and Quantinuum facilities. The potential impact: 6 to 18 months of delays in qubit scaling timelines and post-quantum cryptography testing. Modern closed-cycle “dry” dilution refrigerators significantly reduce liquid helium consumption, and labs maintain months of inventory with recycling rates above 80 percent. Trapped-ion platforms like IonQ have minimal helium dependency. No quantum lab has shut down. The counterarguments are real and must be stated at full strength: quantum computing uses a tiny fraction of global helium supply, roughly 0.1 to 0.5 percent, and rationing prioritizes critical applications. But the second-order effects are what matter for trillion-dollar allocators. If qubit scaling delays by 6 to 18 months, then post-quantum cryptography standards migration slows by the same interval. That means the window during which current encryption remains vulnerable to future quantum attack extends. Every central bank, every sovereign wealth fund, every institution holding assets secured by RSA or elliptic-curve cryptography has a direct exposure to this timeline. And helium-3 is also the working fluid in the dilution fridges used for fusion energy research. The same shortage rationing quantum labs is rationing the facilities developing the energy source that could eventually replace the fossil fuels flowing through the strait that caused the shortage. The circularity is total. Follow the chain. Iranian missiles hit a Qatari gas plant. The gas plant produced helium as a byproduct. The helium cooled quantum computers to temperatures colder than deep space. The quantum computers were developing the encryption standards that protect the global financial system. The financial system runs on energy that transits the strait that Iran just blockaded. One missile. Six domains. Every node connected through a single element that weighs four atomic mass units, cannot be manufactured, and has no substitute. The market priced the oil. It has not priced the helium. And it has not begun to price the quantum. open.substack.com/pub/shanakaans…
