@WG_RumblePants Common sense is a commodity that is sadly lacking, these days. The ball is clearly dead, as it has been returned to the bowler. Umpire wandering away must have the same opinion, as had everyone else. Batter made his ground and not trying for a run. Skip could rescind appeal! Sad!

This happened at my club yesterday. It was the most underhand thing I have ever seen happen in a game of cricket. What an appalling lack of sportsmanship. The umpire should never have given it either. I wonder if the bowler feels any remorse.

Hi, I was receiving carers allwc until May 2019, but HMRC assumed it was state pension & have been including it in my tax calcs ever since. I have done self assmt with the correct details, sent letters and tried to phone. You owe me 2 tax refunds but have not paid! Please help me
