@SenAdamSchiff @EPA @RepKamlagerDove @repcleaver You should join Eric Swalwell and resign from elected office.
English

With the ever-worsening climate crisis, @EPA must take direct action to mitigate the climate risks on Superfund sites across the state and country.
I joined @RepKamlagerDove and @repcleaver to ensure we are putting the public’s health first.

@katieporterca Not taking corporate money is good, if true. Pouring scalding hot water on a spouse is not good. Way worse and tells who you really are. Get out of my shot.

@JKWeinberg @John_F_kJr And now Jarrett is on the payroll of the Obama Foundation for $740,000 per year according to the form 990 posted online. Supported by tax deductible contributions. Unbelievable!
English

@John_F_kJr Ive always said jarrett was an iranian spy snd Obama’s handler. Obama was in Pakistan for 3 weeks during a college vacation. That was a cover. He was in iran being set up as a spy for the irgc. Watched over by jarrett. Supported by the nation of islam. Thats why he moved

🔻 THE OBAMA FILES ARE WORSE THAN WE THOUGHT.
His lawyers didn’t show up to negotiate.
They showed up to BEG.
Here’s what Bondi’s team found inside the Tehran servers under Obama’s codename — RENEGADE:
— 14 wire transfers to a Swiss account linked to Hezbollah between 2014-2016. Total: $1.7 billion. The same $1.7 billion he told Congress was “frozen Iranian assets.”
— A signed directive authorizing the CIA to stand down during the Benghazi attack. Not typed. HANDWRITTEN.
— Communications with Epstein’s handler, dated March 2015, discussing “the island arrangement” and “the Chicago package.”
— A backchannel to Tehran through Valerie Jarrett, active from 2012 to 2024. Yes. 2024. Two years AFTER he left office.
He didn’t just betray America.
He was running a shadow government from his basement in D.C. while pretending to be retired.
His lawyers are now offering FULL COOPERATION in exchange for immunity.
Trump said no.
No deals. No mercy. No escape.
The man who divided America for 8 years is about to face the America he tried to destroy.
And she’s awake.
FOLLOW ME, THE NEXT DROP WILL BE SHOCKING

@GuntherEagleman One that’s only interested in life, liberty, and the pursuit of his own happiness.
English

@AveryDaye Newsom probably had an agreement with the publisher for selling a certain number of books to justify a book advance or a profit split. By using campaign funds he basically enriches himself. Probably legal bc it’s from a PAC. Ethical? I don’t think so.
English

Gavin Newsom’s own PAC bought nearly two-thirds of the total copies of his book.
They spent $1.5 million to purchase 67,000 copies. The book has sold just 97,000 copies nationwide since its release, meaning only about 30,000 people actually bought it.
What’s the book about? His “double life.” The man thinks he’s Hannah Montana.
It’s a memoir that focuses on his struggles “living between two worlds”... one of wealth and privilege, and the other marked by his own personal insecurities.
Absolute clown. 🤡

Betty’s always been a leader who focuses on solutions rather than soundbites. Someone who actually likes to govern rather than grandstand. That’s Boring Betty. And that’s the point. California needs Betty, now, more than ever.

English

@katieporterca So you’ll let criminals back onto the streets. Wise choice.
English

The day I take office, we abolish state cooperation with ICE.
We protect our neighbors and keep our families whole; we don't tear them apart. Simple as that.
Katie Porter@katieporterca
ICE makes us less safe, and as Governor, I will treat the protection of every Californian as my most important job. That means rejecting federal overreach and ensuring our infrastructure serves our communities, not a horrific deportation agenda. If you aren’t willing to stand up and protect the people who live, work, and worship in your own community, you have no business running for Governor. And that goes for every Californian, regardless of their immigration status.
English

@BettyYeeforCA As controller you paid no attention to billions going out to fraud. Maybe you were too cool calm and collected. Certainly not competent.
English

California – had enough chaos, fear and horrendous political scandals? Ready for calm, cool, collected change? Some may consider that boring. But that’s the point. We need Boring Betty. No crisis. No circus. Just competent, drama-free leadership you can trust. #BoringisBetter
English

@AntiLeftMemes There’s nothing wrong with a big tent on the lawn as long as the porta potties are outside the tent. At least that’s what some people think. They’re the same ones who say Kamala Harris is the most qualified candidate to ever run for president.
English

@Bubblebathgirl She blew $1.5 billion in 107 days and wound up in debt. Outstanding performance in my book. If Swallwell isn’t convicted he can be the VP. If not the I’d suggest Adam Schiff. He’s brilliant.
English

@TomSteyer The credit is $60 for singles and $120 for couples. Doubling it would be life changing. Leave it to a billionaire to seek giving so much to so many.
English

@katieporterca You’re in a state moving to outlaw what independent journalists like Nick Shirley is doing. That’s preserving corruption. What’s your position on that?
English

@katieporterca College should be free especially for kids majoring in gender studies and other important fields. We need more of that and every taxpayer should be on board. Tuition for Spanish language majors should also be free.
English

For 100 years, California promised a tuition-free education. Today, UC students face $15,588/year before room and board. As Governor, I will restore that promise and eliminate in-state tuition at UCs and CSUs. That’s thousands back in your pocket and a real investment in our economy.
Speaking with UC Davis Dems, we got real. I’m not here to nibble at the edges of California’s cost crisis—I’m here to tackle our biggest expenses.

English

@katieporterca Katie Porter already is one more reason big businesses will leave California. Imagine how much worse it would be if she was governor.
English

Did you know many of California’s most profitable large corporations pay $0 in state taxes?
We need to close the loopholes so everyone plays by the same rules. No more free rides for the biggest earners.
Katie Porter@katieporterca
California currently has a flat 8.84% corporate tax. Whether a company makes $100 or $1 billion in profit, the rate is the same. It’s time for a tax code that recognizes the difference between a local shop and a global giant.
English

@FreeSpeechRockn @WallStreetApes My grandma was born here. My roots are here. Plus, I only paid $575k for my house. Please forgive me. I couldn’t take California anymore. Ok?
English

@Ken082952 @WallStreetApes This is exactly why actual Utahans can't afford to buy a home anymore. 🙄
English

This is the construction quality of new luxury homes in St. George, Utah
It appears to be almost completely constructed out of plywood. But it’s not, it’s actually cheaper than plywood
New luxury homes in St. George go anywhere from $2 million all the way up to $12 million dollars
The home structure wrapped in OSB sheathing
OSB is an engineered wood product made from compressed wood strands/flakes glued together. It’s cheaper and faster to install than traditional plywood
Imagine paying $2-$12 million for plywood
