Regardless if you believe Notre Dame was worthy of the CFP, there's no way Alabama should have moved ahead of them by virtue of beating a sub .500 Auburn team by 7, then losing to Georgia by 21. ND lost 2 games, both to teams in the tourney, by a combined 4 points. Bama's 2 regular season losses included a loss to FSU (5-7) by 14, which is way worse than anything ND had.

Because it was a typo on my part. Should have been 5.9% and 6.2%, where the 50-year option actually had a smaller rate. Though this is not what we'd traditionally see where the shorter term would have a better rate, I wouldn't put it past the predatory banks to make the longer term seem more attractive in this case by offering better rates, but if they do, then there can be an advantage for the buyer.

@KenTalksNFL Rates for 15 and 30 year loans are typically .10 to .20% apart, not sure why we'd come up with some crazy angle where suddenly one would be 6.2% and the other be under 3%. lol

@amicsta RB delays for half a second before running their option route, if the middle of the field opens, they attack there, if not take the quick out and they need to slip a tackle from a LB to pickup some yardage. (Note: lineup needs to be adjusted so that not all receivers are on LOS)
