Took me so long to commit to posting regular content. The last two clients I've met mentioned seeing something they like on our instagram.

Can someone genuinely tell me how I can use Claude cowork to my advantage in a blue collar service business? I see the use cases in a computer heavy job, but what about us Neanderthals who are computer lite businesses?

Zuck out Page out Brin out Thiel out Elon out The most successful tech founders of all time have now exited the failed state of California. You shouldn’t move there for tech. And if you are there, you should leave. The future is the decentralized Internet.

China’s credit crisis is worsening: New bank loans in China dropped -1.83 trillion yuan in 2025, or -10%, to 16.27 trillion yuan, the lowest since 2018. This marks their 2nd consecutive annual decline. China has been in an extended credit slowdown since early 2023, with the economy trapped in a deflationary spiral. Weakness has been driven by sluggish demand from borrowers, as weak consumer confidence and declining business investment have eroded appetite for new debt. China's 2008 moment is now.

Measuring up a house to bid. In a world of endless softwares, funny enough for drywall the best way is still an analog hand measurement. Although I did upgrade to a laser instead of tape measure.

I don’t like Yelp, but we can’t ignore the monthly visitor numbers for these websites: Yelp – 142M BBB – 13M Thumbtack – 8M Angi – 6M And that’s not even counting the traffic from their mobile apps. Traffic numbers based on SimilarWeb data.

What do banks look like in a Bitcoin world? Probably a lot less like the fractional-reserve monstrosities of today, and more like paid custodians. 1/

@TheTylerCurrier @rampulla_andrew You have to go into things with some sort of plan and budget. Then you course correct along the way. If something's working, you obvi increase original budget. If it's not, you obvi turn it off. Gotta have a plan tho.

@rampulla_andrew Going in with set budgets instead of scaling as you see good ROI, stopping when you have too many jobs

How I’m allocating a $60,000 ad budget for Christmas lights this season: - Facebook ads: $30k - Google ads: $20k - Yard signs: $7k - Direct mail: $5k+ Facebook will drive 2.1M impressions. We rank #1 on Google. Key zip codes won’t be able to leave their house without seeing our yard signs (2.5k being deployed). And neighbors will get hammered with direct mail. Aiming for hormozi level saturation. This season is about WINNING.

Okay, I'm sold. I am starting up my roofing company & needed an actual CRM so that I can stop using a spreadsheet I've seen @tannerdripjobs post about DripJobs, & it looked good, but couldn't be that much better than Jobber, right? Wrong. Sold. I'm a brand new customer
