Measuring up a house to bid. In a world of endless softwares, funny enough for drywall the best way is still an analog hand measurement. Although I did upgrade to a laser instead of tape measure.

@TheTylerCurrier @rampulla_andrew You have to go into things with some sort of plan and budget. Then you course correct along the way. If something's working, you obvi increase original budget. If it's not, you obvi turn it off. Gotta have a plan tho.
