Great article in @DiabetesUK #Balance summer edition - Coping with burnout. We all go through it & with over 50 years experience (Type 1), it’s quite frightening re 180 more decisions per day about health than someone without it. This article affects us all at some times.

Retirement not only enables me to support a sector I truly believe in but will give me time for my main sport, athletics. More time, not only for my coaching and the related squad but also officiating at more events throughout the country.

will be continuing to provide professional services to the charity and not-for-profit sector under my own business. This has been agreed with Moore Thompson, as a number of these clients will be following me.

After a long, successful career @Moore Thompson, I retired as Partner at the end of 2022, the firm has requested me to assist them as a consultant going forward as and when they need me.
